Such is the case in this story, in which a father sexually abused his own daughters for years, insisting to them that this was part of his privilege as a father and that they had to keep the abuse secret. Even in court, the father painted his daughters, who finally bravely came forward after suffering for over 10 years from the time they were small children, as deluded malicious liars.
